All ticket issuance/reissuances on/after 21 April 2025. 
면제조항 : 1. Children under two (2) years of age at the time of departure.
2. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) for International flights only.
3. Transit passengers.
4. Passengers who are denied entry.
