We would like to inform you of the following flight cancellation, and ask you to check your PNR for this case

1) Business → Economy Downgrade PAX
① Downgrade 동의 시
- 취소 후 신규구매 필요 (환불 수수료 면제 가능 / AUTH NO : AL25ALLRF101)
- 신규 구매 후 TW 노선담당자 또는 예약센터 컨택 (비즈니스에 준하는 부가서비스 제공 예정)
If pax agree to downgrade,
- Need to cancel and make a new purchase (refund fee can be waived / WVR AUTH NO: AL24ALLRF101)
- Contact TW route representative or reservation center after new purchase
(additional service equivalent to Business will be provided)
② Downgrade 비동의 시, 아래 TKT H/D 지침에 따라 처리
If pax do not agree to downgrade, ticket can be handled with the guidelines below
2) TW301/302→TW373/374 PAX
① 대체편 동의 시, 편명 변경사항 TKT 반영을 위한 NO-ADC 재발행 필요 (AUTH NO : AL25ALLDC101)
If pax agree to alternate flight, NO-ADC reissue required to reflect change of FLT NO in TKT (AUTH NO : AL25ALLDC101)
② 대체편 비동의 시, 아래 TKT H/D 지침에 따라 처리
If pax do not agree to alternate flight, ticket can be handled with the guidelines below
