1) Downgrade (Business → Economy) 에 동의하는 승객인 경우
Passengers who agree to a downgrade (Business to Economy)
- 취소 후 신규구매 필요 (환불 수수료 면제 가능 / AUTH NO : AL25ALLRF101)
- Need to cancel and make a new purchase (refund fee can be waived / WVR AUTH NO: AL24ALLRF101)
- 신규 구매 후 TW 예약센터 컨택 (비즈니스에 준하는 부가서비스 제공 예정)
- Contact TW reservation center after new purchase (additional service equivalent to Business will be provided)
2) Downgrade (Business → Economy) 비동의 승객 또는 운항시각이 변경된 이코노미 승객인 경우
Passengers who do not agree to a downgrade (Business to Economy),
or Economy Class passengers whose flight time has been changed
