2020 년 3 월 31 일까지 이탈리아 출발/도착 항공편이있는 승객 최근 15일사이에 중국 방문을 하였거나, 미국, 뉴질랜드, 호주, 타히티 섬, 파라과이 출입이 안되는 승객 *내용 AR 플러스 마일리지 티켓 혹은 AR에서 티켓을 구매하거나 여행사를 통해 구매한 경우 변경 1회를 허용합니다.
1.날짜 또는 루트 변경시 2020/11/30일까지 패널티 없음. 운임 차액이 발생하는 경우, 지불해야 합니다.
2.환불시, fare 규정을 따릅니다.
주의: AR 플러스 어워드 티켓은 환불만 가능, 변경은 불가

2020 년 5 월 31 일까지 중국 출발/도착 항공편이 있는 승객 -> AR 항공권과 중국행 항공권이 한 티켓에 발권되지 않은 경우, 중국행 티켓을 제시하지 않으면, 웨이버 제공 불가 2020 년 3 월 31 일까지 이탈리아 출발/도착 항공편이있는 승객 -> AR항공권과 이탈리아행 항공편이 한 티켓에 발권되지 않은경우, 이탈리아행 티켓을 제시하지 않으면, 웨이버 제공 불가 최근 15일사이에 중국 방문을 하였거나, 미국, 뉴질랜드, 호주, 타히티 섬, 파라과이등 출입이 안되는 경우 ->언급된 나라들의 출입이 불가하다는 것을 증명하는 중국 방문 기록이 있는 여권 사본 원문 첨부합니다. Passengers with flights to/from Italy through March 31, 2020
Passengers that have been in China sometime during the last 15 days and are not allowed into The United States, New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti or Paraguay.
What?
One change will be authorized to those passengers that have AR PLUS mileage (see note) tickets or tickets purchased from Aerolineas Argentinas or a travel agency.
1. Change of date or routing: without penalty for travel through November 30, 2020. The fare different must be charged, if applicable.
2. For refunds, the fare rules must be followed.
NOTE: AR PLUS awards tickets can only be refunded, not changed.
What must be presented to AR?
-Passengers with flights to/from China through May 31, 2020.
Passenger must present a copy of their ticket to China when the AR flight(s) and the flight(s) to China were not ticketed together, on the same ticket. When the other ticket is presented a waiver should be given. When the other ticket cannot be presented no waiver should be given.
-Passengers with flights to/from Italy through March 31, 2020.
Passenger must present a copy of their ticket to Italy when the AR flight(s) and the flight(s) to Italy were not ticketed together, on the same ticket. When the other ticket is presented a waiver should be given. When the other ticket cannot be presented no waiver should be given.
Passengers that are not allowed to enter The United States, New Zealand, Australia, Tahiti or Paraguay because they were in China during the previous 15 days prior be their date of travel to any of the previously mentioned countries.
They must present a copy of their passport where it shows they entered China which makes it impossible to fly to these countries. A waiver should be given. 고맙습니다. |
