코파항공 국제선 전편 운항 중단 안내
COVID-19로 인하여 3월 22일 부터 4월 21일까지 국제선 항공편 운항이 중단됨을 안내 드립니다. 3월 31일 이전에 구매하신 항공권은 유효기간을 2021년 12월 31일 까지 연장하여 1회 변경수수료 면제하여사용 가능하며, 환불은 구매하신 운임의 규정에 따름을 안내 드립니다. 보다 자세한 안내는 추후 재 공지 될 예정이오니 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다. 자세한 사항은 첨부파일을 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

· Applies to all passengers with Copa Airlines tickets (Stock 230) · Applies to tickets issued until: March 31st, 2020 · Original travel dates until: June 15th, 2020 · New travel date must be completed by: December 31st, 2021 The passenger must be informed that the validity of the ticket will be extended so that he/she can plan the trip until December 31, 2021. The system will extend the validity of the ticket automatically, no additional procedure is required. |
Option A: Passenger requires a date or destination change - Date and/or destination change is allowed waiving the change fee, but a fare difference may apply according to the fare rule conditions.
- Rebooking must be done in same class or higher.
Option B: Passenger requires to use the value of the ticket for a future travel date - If the passenger cancels the trip, they can use the value of the ticket as credit for a future trip until December 31st, 2021, regardless of the validity date of the ticket.
- Change fee will be waived, but fare difference may apply.
