Married Segment Abuse 와 System Abuse 으로 인한 ADM 발생을 방지하기 위하여 다음의 내용을 숙지하여 주시기를 바랍니다.
Married Segment Abuse;
• 원하는 구간의 낮은 등급을 예약하기 위해 가짜 항공편/목적지를 사용하는 모든 행위.
• 규칙을 위반한 Married Segment구간의 부분 취소(예: 왕복 여행 예약의 출발 또는 귀국 부분 취소 또는 더 낮은 운임 클래스 예약을 위해 여정의 한 구간을 취소하기 위한 환승 항공편 추가).
• Married Segment에 대한 조작.
System Abuse(POC Abuse);
더 낮은 운임/클로즈된 클래스에 대해 확인된 좌석을 회수할 수 있도록 고의로 이루어진 모든 거래는
" System Abuse(시스템 남용)"으로 간주되며 그러한 거래를 담당하는 기관은 터키항공 서비스/항공편을 표시하거나 판매하는 것이 제한됩니다.
" System Abuse"은 아래에 제시된 세 가지 예에 국한되지 않으며 더 많은
" System Abuse" 사례가 있을 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
• 전체 여정의 시작점을 변경하기 위해 출국 항공편을 먼저 보내는 것.
• 링크 다운(link
down) 등을 일으킬 수 있도록
EOT 전에 오랜 시간 동안 판매 거래를 보류하는 것.
• 예매내역에 타항공사에서 예매한 구간이 있더라도 발권된 항공권에 타항공사와의 구간이 반영되지 않고,
타항공사와의 구간이 발권 후 예약에서 삭제되는 경우는 시스템 남용으로 간주됨.

Married Segment Violations;
·
Any
activity to use fake flights/destinations in order to book for lower classes
for the desired segments.
·
Partial
cancellation of any married segment made against rules (such as cancellation of
the departure or return portion of round-trip reservation or addition of
transfer flights to cancel one segment of the itinerary to book for lower fare
classes).
·
Manipulations
on married segments.
System Abuse (POC Abuse);
All the
transactions made intentionally to be able to retrieve confirmed space for the
lower fares/closed classes are considered as “System Abuse” and those agencies
responsible for such transactions will be restricted to display or sell any
Turkish Airlines service/flight.
We would like to inform you that “system abuse” is not
limited to these three examples provided below and there may be many more
examples of the “system abuse”.

To
send the outbound flight first in order to change the starting point of the
whole journey
·
To
hold the sell transaction for a long time before EOT in order to be able to
cause a link down, etc.
·
Even
though there is a segment booked from other airlines in the reservation, if the
ticket issued does not reflect this segment with other airlines and the segment
with other airlines removed from reservation after ticketing, this is
considered as system abuse.
