·Per AA/American Airlines policy new order must be created for the same passenger as the name of the ticket being applied. Although this is not validated at the fulfillment stage, the agency may receive an ADM.
·Voiding a ticket issued with an Edifact unused ticket is not possible at this moment due to an AA limitation
·Unused tickets cannot be used to price US domestic itineraries when an infant is traveling.
·If the new order is less expensive than the original ticket, the residual amount will be either refunded to the original form of payment or issued on a separate document as an EMD/MCO.

When this happens, contact the NDC carrier directly to change the name. "
